Griz Homecoming

I made it back to Missoula again, this time for Griz Homecoming! The purpose of my trip was actually recruiting for KPMG so I was technically working while I was there - but I certainly found time to appreciate all that is Montana Football! (Did I mention I love my job? They let me conveniently schedule the trip around the game :)

Of course, the first thing that needed to be done was to re-connect with old friends and familiar places. These pictures are of my first night in town...

I did manage to make it to the game on Saturday, the Griz won and it was a good time. I didn't take many pictures, but I feel the need to include this one since it's accompanied by a rather funny story (if you ask me).

Here is a picture of Brad and Ry. Brad's laughing at Ry because he's trying to 1) look taller by having Brad squat down 2) get more of his maroon shirt in the picture and 3) explain that "maroon just called. it wants more of me wearing it." Don't ask - it doesn't really make sense. This was taken just before Ry tried to steal a scooter at the neighboring tailgate party. When a guy came over to tell him to go away, he yelled, "You know how I know YOU'RE gay?" and the guy goes, "Dude. YOU are the one trying to steal a Vespa." Ry had no response. Maybe it was a "had to be there" moment, but I know it made my stomach hurt I laughed so hard.

Anyway, it was great to see everyone, and I'm looking forward to doing it all again next year!
